Minnesota’s film rebates were axed in 2002, causing our production hub to dwindle. With tax credits coming back, we needed to convince filmmakers to return. So we tapped into the 30th anniversary of the state’s most iconic production, Fargo, to remind coastal creatives that Oscar winning work does come from this flyover state.
